The purpose oft this Special Meeting was to discuss staffing issues in the Town of Bath. Matters ofc current specific consideration were performance, expectations, recruitment and conflict resolution. The outcome ofthe general discussion was to develop a work environment that is productive and respects the needs and goals of the Town of Bath.
