She also announced that any comments may also be City Manager Pepper gave an overview oft the FY 2025 budget of $16.4 million dollars. Operating Budget of the City of Snellville for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 submitted to the Mayor and Council in writing as well. Mayor Bender opened the floor to public comment. Mayor Bender explained that the following change order agenda items are in reference to the contracts the City has with Gwinnett County for 2017 Splost projects. The original contract was for improvements of the Wisteria Drive and Highway 124 intersection; however, the Georgia Department otTransportation never approved the project. The change orders would allow the County to move Consideration and Action on 2017 SPLOST Change Order No. 1to Amend the Original Agreement Between the County And City As Follows: The Remaining 2017 SPLOST Funds from the City-Managed SR 124/Scenic Highway at Wisteria Drive Project will be Transferred to Mayor Pro Tem Warner made a motion to approve the 2017 Splost Change Order No. 1, 2nd by Council Member Hetherington; voted 6i in favor and 0 opposed, motion approved.
