Discussion was held about possibly splitting costs with the Grove development company Mid-Cast. Attorney Ross said an amendment to the original contract would bei needed to cover these additions. Discussion of Stormwater Rates |Bender] City Manager Pepper gave al brief explanation oft the results ofthe fee study conducted by ISE: and talked about setting a break-even fee that would cover the costs of current and future stormwater repairs.
