CALL' TO ORDER  Mayor Bender called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.  REVIEW REGULAR BUSINESS MEETINGS AND PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA During review oft the agenda the consensus among Mayor and Council was to amend it to add the appointment ofRichelle Brown to the Snellville Youth Commission Advisory Board at the While reviewing the Fiscal Year 2025 budget ordinance Mayor Bender explained that there were some small changes but the major change in the budget was the removal oft two full time and one part time Park positions. She explained that the positions would not be needed this year due to the  ITEMS  request of Council Member Lenski.  delay in the design and construction oft the Community Center building. Mayor Bender explained that due to maintenance, safety, and the overall logistics involved with the main Towne Green it has become difficult to continue to maintain it as a rental space. Discussion was held about possibly splitting costs with the Grove development company Mid-Cast. Attorney Ross said an amendment to the original contract would bei needed to  cover these additions.  Discussion of Stormwater Rates |Bender]  City Manager Pepper gave al brief explanation oft the results ofthe fee study conducted by ISE: and talked about setting a break-even fee that would cover the costs of current and future stormwater  repairs.
