Motion to approve the minutes of May gth 2024  a. by Shawn b. 2nd by Christy Passed unanimously  3. Introduction of Brad Day- - Funding Coordinator - Mark rehearsed: some of Brad's qualifications 4. Update on potential new members - Mark reported that the City Council approved the new members oft the DDA at their meeting on Tuesday, June 4th. Jamie Allred and Patti Davis will attend  and the hiring process. Brad introduced himself.  the next DDA meeting. The discussion of their needed training insured.  5. Discussion of upcoming Fourth of July Event  Open container requirement for the entertainment district was rehearsed. Public Safety deployment is arranged. City employees will be working on the 4th. A discussion of the DDA lease structure in the entertainment insured. Vendor policies were discussed with specific exceptions noted.
