June 6,2 2024 Colquitt, Georgia  The Miller County Board of Education met in a called meeting/work session Thursday, June 6, 2024, at  6:00P.M.  The following members were present:  Michael Keown, Superintendent Cody Cleveland, Board Chair Bill Spooner, Vice-Chair Leroy Bush (ABSENT) Jason Cox Jason Suggs  Al Public Budget Hearing for the tentative 2024-2025 budget was held at 5:30 prior to the work session. Chairman Cody Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M., followed by Bill Spooner leading the Recommendation made by Mr. Cleveland to approve the agenda. Motion made by Mr. Spooner Review and discussion of the agenda for the. June 10th Regular Monthly Board Meeting.  (1*hearing)  Pledge of Allegiance.  seconded by Mr. Suggs. Motion carried unanimously.  Recommendation made by Mr. Keown to enter Executive Session at 6:23 P.M. Motion made by Mr. Recommendation made by Mr. Keown to exit Executive Session at 6:39 P.M.
