June 10, 2024 Colquitt, Georgia  The Miller County Board of Education met in a regular session on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 6:00P.M.  The following members were present:  Michael Keown, Superintendent Cody Cleveland, Board Chair Bill Spooner, Vice-Chair Leroy Bush Jason Cox Jason Suggs  AP Public Budget Hearing for the tentative 2024-2025 budget was held at 5:30 prior to the regular Chairman Cody Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. and. Jason Cox led the Pledge of Recommendation made by Chairman Mr. Cleveland to approve the agenda and past minutes. Motion Recommendation made by Mr. Keown to approve the Fundraisers. Motion made by Mr. Spooner Recommendation made by Mr. Keown to approve the Financial Statements. Motion made by Mr. Recommendation made by Mr. Keown to approve the purchases over $5,000 as follows.
