Greentown PA 18426 570-676-9325 . 570-676-9867 fax  MINUTES OF THE REORGANIZATION  AND REGULAR MEETING January 8, 2020  CALL TO ORDER: At7:00 pm the Planning Commision by unanimous voice vote appointed Al Luberto as Acting Vice Chairman for the Re-organization meeting. Following that approval, Al Luberto called the meeting to order. Other members present were Heather Mousley, Scott Roger Altemier and Al Haldaman were absent. There is one vacancy on the Planning REORGANIZATION: In an effort to expedite this portion of the meeting Heather Mousley made  Mousley, Les Lavoy and secretary, Kerry Nix.  Commission.  a motion to recommend the following:  Roger Altemier, Chairman AILuberto, Vice Chairman Kerry Nix, Secretary Jeff Treat, Township Solicitor Gilmore Assoc., Township Engineer the Pocono Record. the Township building.  Primary advertising media is the Tri-County Independent, secondary is Meetings willl be held on the second Wednesday of each month 7 pm at  Les Lavoy seconded the motion. By voice vote the motion received unanimous approval. With the Reorganization complete we moved on to the next order of business:  REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION:  MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER MEETING. Approved as submitted and placed on record.  VISITORS: There were none. NEW BUSINESS: There was none. OLD BUSINESS: There was none  GENERAL: The Planning Commission members discussed the current vacancy and agreed that each member should consider a candidate from the Greene Township area to fill that  position and submit that name next month's meeting.    ADJOURNMENT: At.7:15 pm, Heather Mousley made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Les Lavoy seconded the motion. By voice vote the motion received unanimous approval.
