Greentown PA 18426-9215 570-676-9325 . 570-676-9867 fax  MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING  March 24 2021  CALL TO ORDER:  At 7:00 pm, Vice Chairman Al Luberto called the meeting to order. Other members present were Scott Mousley, Les Lavoy, Heather Mousley and Secretary Kerry Nix. MINUTES OF THE JANUARYRE-ORGANIATION AND REGULAR MEETING: The  Chairman Altemier, Al Premuto and Al Haldaman were absent. Minutes were accepted as submitted and placed on record.  VISITORS: There were none.  NEW BUSINESS: Lot Improvement of the Lands of Jack and Tiffany Pedone, HWW. The purpose of this submission is to consolidate two adjacent lots in the Lake in the Clouds community to create one residential parcel. Lots 25 and 26 Section BI located on Cresthill shall bej joined and willl become an inseparable parcel to be known as Lot 26R, The Planning Commission reviewed this submission and Heather Mousley made a motion to recommend approval. Les Lavoy seconded the motion. By voice vote, the Vice Chairman Al Luberto and Secretary Kerry Nix signed the maps.  consisting of a total of 1.0105 acres. motion carried unanimously,  OLD BUSINESS: There was none. GENERAL: There was none passed by unanimous approval. for Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 7PM.
