Other members present were Al Premuto, Heather Mousley, Scott Mousley, and secretary, Kerry Nix. Roger Altemier was available via phone. Les Lavoy and Al Haldaman were absent. a motion to recommend the following: REORGANZATION: In an effort to expedite this portion of the meeting Heather Mousley made Roger Altemier, Chairman AIL Luberto, Vice Chairman Kerry Nix, Secretary Jeff Treat, Township Solicitor Gilmore Assoc., Township Engineer the Pocono Record. Scott Mousley made a motion to approve this re-organization as stated. Heather Mousley seconded the motion. By voice vote the motion received unanimous approval. With the Reorganization complete we moved oni to the next order of business: REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION: MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER MEETING. Approved as submitted and placed on record. VISITORS: Joe Hudak, PE, Kiley Associates, LLC representing Lighthouse Harbor Marina NEW BUSINESS: Joe Hudak presented the plan for the Lighthouse Harbor Marina Boat Storage building to be built on Lot 1R, located on the north corner of SR 507 and Dutch Flats Road. This storage building will consist of 20,000 total square feet divided by a fire wall separating the building into two 10,000 square foot enclosed areas. The next meeting of the Greene Township Planning Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, February 23th 2022 at 7pm, however that may need to change.
