GREENE TOWINSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION  198 Brink Hill Road e Greentown PA 18426-9215 570-676-9325 e 570-676-9867 fax  MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING  December 27 2023  CALL TO ORDER: At 7:10 pm, Chairman Roger Altemier called the meeting to order. Also present were AIL Luberto, Heather Mousley, Tim. Jones and secretary Kerry Nix. Absent were Les Lavoy and Al MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING: Approved as submitted and placed on record.  Haldamann.  VISITORS: Bill Schoenagel, PLS.  NEW BUSINESS: Bill Schoenagel. PLS, submitted maps showing Subdivision/Lot Improvement ofl Land in Sky' View Lake. There are 3 lots bounded by Oakwood Drive, Running Bear Lane and Freedom Place. Lot P1 shall be joined with Lot 2301 and will contain 0.69 acres. This combined lot shall be known as Lot Lot P2 shall be joined with Lot 2319 and will contain 0.72 acres. This combined lot shall be known as Thet third lot, the Pond Lot will contain 1.65 acres and is hereby approved as a non-buildable lot. After review of this map and the comments made by the Pike County Planning Commission Al Luberto made a motion to grant approval conditioned upon the receipt oft the corrected Deeds by the Township. Lot Improvement oft the Land or Walter A. Porreca, Sr located on Game Trail Drive; Property Line between Lot A, tax mapi # 114.02-01-28 and 114.02-01-28.02 will be extinguished combing alll lots into After review oft the map, Al Luberto made a motion to recommend approval. Tim. Jones seconded the  2301R; Lot2319R.  Lot AR.  motion. It received unanimous approval. OLD BUSINESS: There was none.  ADJOURNMENT: At7.40 pm, with all Township business complete. Tim. Jones made a motion to adjourn  the meeting. Al Luberto seconded. The motion carried unanimously.    The next regular meeting for the Planning Commission is scheduled for. January 28, 2024 at 7pm.
