Board Members present were: Chairman William Brooks, Senator Wayne Fontana, Doris Carson Also present were: Lance Chimka, Director, Jack Exler, Senior Deputy Director; Steve Papernick, Authority Solicitor (via teleconference); Samuel Bozzolla, Project Manager; Tom McGrath, Manager (via teleconterence); Rich Lord, Public Source (via teleconterence); John Hollis, Primary  Williams & Margaret McCormick-Barron (all via teleconference)  Carel Health Services (via teleconference),  ROLL CALL  The meeting was called to order, roll was called, and a quorum was present.  II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - May 21, 2020  ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. WILLIAMS AND SECONDED BY SENATOR FONTANA THE. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE. APPROVED AS  PRESENTED.  III. RATIFICATION OF BILLS  Ms. Carson Williams reviewed the Ratification of Bills Payable for the month of ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS. MACORMICK-BARRON, THE RATIFICATION OF THE BILLS WAS APPROVED  May, 2020 and found them to be in good and proper order.  AS PRESENTED    REDEVELOPMENT. AUTHORITYOF. ALLEGHENYCOUNTY  2  MINUTES OF. JUNE: 26, 2020  IV. PUBLIC COMMENTS  NO COMMENTS  V. OLD BUSINESS  Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP)-Harrison Point Business Request authorization to: (1) change the sub-grantee from Harrison Township to R & Z: Harrison Properties, LP; and (ii) allow the Director to execute the necessary  Park Project- Change Sub Grantee  documents with Solicitor approval.  ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS. CARSON WILLIAMS, THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED  AS PRESENTED.  VI. NEW BUSINESS  A. Live Well Allegheny (LWA) Sub-grant award  Request authorization to: (i) award one (1) Live Well Allegheny CDC REACH Active Allegheny sub-grant in an amount not to exceed $81,000.00; and (ii) allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval.  ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. MCCORMICK-BARKON AND SECONDED BY SENATOR: FONTANA, THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED  AS PRESENTED.  B. Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program (AVPRP): - Certificates of Completion Request authorization to: (i) record Certificates of Completion for five (5) properties that were transferred through the. Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program in the Braddock, Pitcairn, Tarentum, Penn Hills, and Sharpsburg; and (ii) allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval. Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program (AVPRP)  Request authorization to: (i) approve various resolutions related to the Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program for properties located in the municipalities Braddock, McCandless, North Fayette, Penn Hills, and Ross (ii) allow the Director  to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval.  ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS. CARSON WILLIAMS, THE. ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED  AS PRESENTED.  VII.
