REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY  MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR and PUBLIC: HEARING  ALLEGHENY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT  Board Room, Suite 900  Chatham One, 112 Washington Place, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania  November 18, 2021 2:00 p.m.  The Regular Meeting and Publicl Hearing oft the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County was held, via teleconference, on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 2:00 p. m. in Allegheny County Economic Development's Board Room, Chatham One, Suite 900, 112 Washington Place, Board Members present were: Chairman William Brooks, Peg McCormick Barron, Senator) Fontana, Also present were: Lance Chimka, Director, Jack Exler, Senior Deputy Director; Susheela Nemani- Stanger, Deputy Director; Steve Papernick, Authority Solicitor; and Samuel Bozzolla, Authorities  Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219.  Marian Lien and Doris Carson Williams (all via teleconference),  Coordinator.  . ROLL CALL  The meeting was called to order, roll was called, and a quorum was present.  II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES- October 28, 2021  ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE  APPROVED AS PRESENTED. III. RATIFICATION OF BILLS  Ms. Williams reviewed the Ratification of Bills Payable for the month of October 2021 and found them to be in good and proper order.  ON A MOTION MADE MS. MCCORMIK BARRON AND SECONDED BY MS. CARSON WILLIAMS THE RATIFICATION OF THE BILLS WAS APPROVED AS  PRESENTED    IV. PUBLIC COMMENTS NOI PUBLIC COMMENTS V. OLD BUSINESS  A. ALLEGHENY COUNTY CONOMICDFVELOMEN, COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE TOURISM FUND (CITF)-BLAWNOX RESIDENTIAL WATER METER REPLACEMENT-SCOPE Request authorization to: () change the amount of water meter/radio transceiver installations from 185 to 158; and (ii) to allow the Director to execute the necessary ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS  CHANGE  documents with Solicitor approval.  PRESENTED  B. ALLEGHENY VACANT PROPERTY RECOVERY PROGRAM (AVPRP)-RAAC VACANT Request authorization to: (i) reappoint Jack Exler as the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County Board appointee to serve on the Vacant Property Review Committee for a one-year term from January 1, 2022 until December 31, 2022; and (ii) allow the  PROPERTY REVIEW COMMITTEE REAPPOINTMENT  Director to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval.  ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON AND SECONDED BY SENATOR FONTANA AND THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS  PRESENTED  VI. NEW BUSINESS  A. INTERCOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS-REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS FOR RELOCATION Request authorization to (i) enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Allegheny County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) to reimburse IDA for costs associated with the Department's relocation; and (i) allow the Director to  execute all necessary documents, with Solicitor approval.  ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS. CARSON WILLIAMS THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED    B. REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY/-ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES Request authorization to: (i) engage the services of Susquehanna Accounting & Consulting Solutions, Inc. to assist with the 2021 Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County's audit for an amount not to exceed $30,000; and (ii) allow the  Director to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval.  ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON AND SECONDED BY SENATOR FONTANA THE. ABOVE REQUEST WAS. APPROVED AS PRESENTED  VII. ADJOURNMENT  THERE BEING.
