APPROVAL OF MINUTES - May 26, 2022  ON A MOTION MADE BY COUNCILMAN WALTON AND SECONDED BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON, THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE  APPROVED AS PRESENTED.  RATIFICATION OF BILLS  Senator Fontana reviewed the Ratification of] Bills Payable for the month of May, 2022 and found them to be in good and proper order.  ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON, THE RATIFICATION OF THE BILLS WAS APPROVED  AS PRESENTED    PUBLIC COMMENTS  THERE WERE NO PUBLIC COMMENTS  OLD BUSINESS  A. ALLEGHENY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE & TOURISM FUND (CITF) -i MCKEESPORT HERITAGE Request authorization to: () change the scope ofv work allowing for the installation ofa comprehensive security system; and (ii) allow the Director to execute the  CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT  necessary documents with Solicitor approval  ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON, THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED BY  APPROVED AS PRESENTED.  B. REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY- ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES-AMENDMENT  Request authorization to: (i) amend the agreement with Susquehanna Accounting & Consulting Solutions, Inc. to reflect an increase of $6,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $51,000.00; and (ii) allow the Director to execute the necessary ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. SITE DEVELOPMENT FUND PROGRAM- - BAKERY SITE REDEVELOPMENT Request authorization to (i) assign the grant award from DiMarco Construction Company to 837 Properties, LLC, (ii) update the grant contract and materials with 837 Properties, LLC as grantee, and (ii) allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with  Solicitor approval. GENERAL PURPOSE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS-  DECEMBER 31, 2021  Request authorization to: (i) accept the General Purpose Audited Financial Statements for the period ending December 31, 2021; and (ii) allow the Director to execute the: necessary documents with solicitor approval.
