Chairman Bill Brooks (all via teleconference),  Shellye Webster, Administrative Assistant  ROLL CALL  The meeting was called to order, roll was called, and a quorum was present.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 23RD, 2022  ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON, THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE APPROVED AS  PRESENTED.  RATIFICATION OF BILLS them to be in good and proper order.  Senator Fontana reviewed the Ratification of Bills Payable for the month of. June, 2022 and found  ON A MOTION MADE BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON AND SECONDED BY SENATOR FONTANA, THE RATIFICATION OF THE: BILLS WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED    PUBLIC COMMENTS  THERE WERE NO PUBLIC COMMENTS  OLD BUSINESS  NO OLD BUSINESS  NEW BUSINESS  A. ALLEGHENY COUNTY ECONOMICDEVELOPMENT -A AGREEMENT  FOR GENERAL COUNSEL  Request authorization to: (i) enter into a three-year agreement with Papernick & Gefsky to provide legal services to the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County and (ii) to allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with  Solicitor approval.  ON Al MOTION. MADE BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON AND: SECONDED BY SENATOR FONTANA, THE. ABOVE. REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS  PRESENTED.  B. HOT METAL BRIDGE - PA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT APPALACHIAN REGIONAL COMMISSION AREA DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION  Request authorization to (i) submit a grant application to the Appalachian Regional Commission Area Development program for an amount not to exceed $250,000; (ii) accept said grant; and (iii) allow the Director to execute ON A MOTION MADE BYI MS. ALLEGHENY VACANT PROPERTY RECOVERY PROGRAM (AVPRP)- -  CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION    Request authorization to: ()approve Certificates ofCompletion for fifteen properties ini the Municipalities of Bellevue, Coraopolis, Homestead, North Fayette, South Park, Swissvale, Versailles, West Mifflin, Wilkinsburg, which were transferred through the Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program; and (ii) allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor  approval. ALLEGHENY VACANT PROPERTY RECOVERY PROGRAM (AVPRP) Request authorization to: (i). approve various resolutions related to the Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program for properties located in the municipalities of Coraopolis, Frazer, Rankin, Shaler, Swissvale, Tarentum, Turtle Creek, West Deer, West Mifflin, and Wilkins (ii) allow the Director to  execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval.
