RATIRICATION OF BILLS  Senator Fontana reviewed the Ratification of Bills Payable for July 2022 and found them in good and ON AI MOTION MADE BY MS. MCCORMICK BARRON AND SECONDED BY MR. Appointment - Assistant Secretary  Request authorization to appoint Simone Thomas to serve as. Braddock Business Community Initiative Temporary Easement Agreement  Request authorization: () to enter into a Right of] Entry Agreement with Steve and Susan Mann and Tobias Investment Company LP for access to parcels 236-R-239 and 236-R-237 in order to complete stabilization work on 214 Braddock Avenue and (ii). Request authorization to (i) submit nineteen applications to the Commonwealth of] Pennsylvania for assistance under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program for an amount not to exceed $23,750,000 (ii) accept said grants; and (iri) allow the Director to execute necessary documents ON.
