Markovich  Webster, Administrative Assistant; Tim White, RIDC  ROLLCALL:  The meeting was called to order, the roll was called, and a quorum was present.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES-I November 17th, 2022  ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON, THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED  RATIFICATION OF BILLS and proper order. ELISCO CREATIVE CAFÉ MARKETING SERVICES AGREEMENT Request authorization to enter into a three-year agreement with Elisco Creative Café ofLawrenceville to provide Marketing services to ACED and allow the Director to execute necessary documents with Solicitor approval  ON A MOTION MADE BY MR. ABOVE  REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED  Cw  ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND LOAN FOR RIDC SOUTHWESTERN GROWTH FUNDI-CARRIE FURNANCE REDEVELOPMENTTECHFLEX Request authorization to issue a $1.5M Economic Development Fund (EDF) Loan tol RIDC of Southwestern PA Growth Fund for the construction oftech flex building and allow the Director to execute all necessary documents with Solicitor approval. ALLEGHENY VACANT PROPERTY RECOVERY PROGRAM (AVPRP) Request authorization to approve Certificates of Completion for two properties in Carnegie and Sharpsburg, which were transferred through the Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program and allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with  CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION  Solicitor approval. ALLEGHENY VACANT PROPERTY RECOVERY PROGRAM (AVPRP)  Request authorization to approve various resolutions related to the Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program for twenty properties located in the municipalities of Baldwin, Bellevue, Munhall, North Fayette, North Versailles, Penn Hills, Rankin, Ross, Turtle Creek, White Oak and Wilkinsburg and allow the Director to exectute the necessary documents with Solicitor  approval.
