MARKOVICH,  and proper order  THE RATIFICATION OF THE BILLS WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED  PUBLIC COMMENTS:  THERE WERE NO: PUBLIC COMMENTS    OLD BUSINESS:  A. ALPINE FLEXI-BUDGET INCREASE  Request authorization to increase Alpine Flex II's ARPA 2679 grant by $50,000 and allow the Director to execute all necessary documents  with Solicitor approval  ON A MOTION MADE: BY MR. COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ASSESSED CLEAN: ENERGY (C-PACE) EXPANSION Request authorization to amend a cooperation agreement with Allegheny County regarding C-PACE; amend a services agreement with PP&L Sustainable Energy Fund toe expand C-PACE guidelines to include multi-family housing, indoor air quality improvements, resiliency projects, and other services; and allow the Director to execute  all necessary documents with Solicitor approval  ON Al MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON, THE  ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED  C. EDF LOAN EXTENSION - NOVEOME BIOTHERAPEUTICS, INC. (FMR. LIVE WELL ALLEGHENY 2-GRANT ACCEPTANCE  Request authorization to accept a Grant in an amount not to exceed $81,000.00 from the Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD), (ii) solicit proposals for Sub-grants from Sub-grantees for use toward costs oft the Program, (iii) award Sub-grants to Sub- grantees in amounts and upon terms as determined by the Director and/or any of the Officer oft the Authority, (iv) administer the Sub-grants in connection with the Program, (v) develop and/or provide resources to support program activities, and (vi) allow the  Director to execute all necessary documents with Solicitor approval  ON A MOTION MADE: BY SENATOR FONTANA AND: SECONDED BY MR. AS PRESENTED  .S SOUTHWESTERN PARTNERSHIP FOR REGIONAL ECONOMIC SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA COMMISSION CONTRACT Request authorization to enter into an agreement with the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission for Southwestern Partnership for Regional Economic Performance (PREP) funds in an amount up to $140,343.00; accept said funds; and allow the Director to execute all necessary  PERFORMANCE (PREP) PROGRAM-  documents with Solicitor approval, including contract with Southwestern Corporation  ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON, THE  ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED, AS PRESENTED  D.
