MARKOVICH AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON,  THE RATIFICATION OF THE BILLS WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED  PUBLIC COMMENTS:  THERE WERE NOI PUBLIC COMMENTS    OLD BUSINESS:  ALLEGHENY VACANT PROPERTY RECOVERY PROGRAM (AVPRP) Request authorization to re-approve ai resolution related to the Allegheny Vacant Property Recovery Program for 4 properties located in the municipalities of McKees Rocks, West ON Al MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN WALTON, THE ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED  Mifflin, Wilkins, and Wilkinsburg  AS PRESENTED  NEW BUSINESS:  A. MCKEES ROCKS CHOICE NEIGHBORHOODS MURAL PROJECT  Request authorization to enter into an agreement with the Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA) in an amount not to exceed $75,000 for a project to undertake ON A MOTION MADE BY COUNCILMAN WALTON AND SECONDED BY SENATOR FONTANA, THE. ABOVE REQUEST WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED  beautification projects in McKee Rocks Borough  B. ROBERT MORRIS UNIVERSITY - SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING, Request authorization to submit an application to the Commonwealth  MATHEMATICS, AND SCIENCE, PHASE: II  ofPennsylvania for assistance under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital program for an ON Al MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS.
