The Hanover Township Vehicles and Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 172, Section 172-31 Violations and Penalties, Subsection B ofthe Code of Ordinances ofthe Township ofH Hanover, is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "B. Violation ofs $$172-7 and172-8. Any person who yiolates any of the provisions of $172-7(Usec ofhighway byprocessions and. assemblages) or $172-8 (Placing items on highways), upon conviction thereof before a Districti Judge, shall befined a sum not to exceed $1,000.00for each offense, together with the costs ofprosecution and in default ofpayment thereof, shall be committed to the Northampton County Prison) for aj period of not more than 90 days.
