The motion was passed unanimously. Road Department Update Administrator Durden gave al briefing on the statements Road Department Director Holmes stated' Tuesday. The grass cutting crews are on their 2nd round of cutting. Holmes stated that they are also pulling ditches now. Appointments Old Business Hospital Update Hospital. o Pam Stewart and KerryTrapnell spoke on the updates and upcoming updates oft the New Business Coroner- Morgue Estimate Update Commissioner Simmons made a motion to approve moving forward with original planned renovations to the existingwCRMC property for constructionofacounty morgue. The motion was seconded by Chairman Daniel. The motion passed Commissioner Simmons also made a motion to approve paying $40,000 to assist WCRMC in proper disposition of stored medical records, that are currently ini the building that will be used as the county morgue. Jefferson County 2024 LMIG Resurfacing project to Pittman Construction Company, int the amount of $4,116,963.99, in which consists of $2,638,459.47 for Washington County.
