Law Enforcement (Chief Kevin Grippo) - No Report.  2/6/2024 Special Council Meeting Minutes  Page I1    - Fire Department (Fire Chief Jeff King) - Cash Bash Saturday, March gth3p p.m. to9p.m. C Code Enforcement (Mike Garlowich): - 3 Certified Mailings in the last 2 weeks.  - Hill Street Property - Solicitor Rowan along with Council members Frazier, Christner & Peterson to attend Magistrate Hearing to press charges. Plus pursue Fayette County Zoning violations with attempt to Lien Property for all expenses incurred resolving this issue.  Streets/Public Works (Chuck Leighty) - Joshua Hudec wants to return to work. He isto  coordinate with Jason Frazier. The Everson Pot-Hole has been repaired!  Utilities (Joe Lane) - Discussion about the Armstrong Cable rate increase.  Guidewire for Xmas lights going to reattached to home on Brown  Street.  Sewage Authority (Mindy Dugger) - No report.  Sanitation/Safety (Jason Frazier) - Monday, April 1, 2024 is "Clean-Up" Day. No foolin.  A Animal Control (Sam Vargo) - No report. Parks/Recreation (Mindy Dugger) - No report. Budget/Finance (Hope Peterson) - No report. -Junior Council Report (Christina Dugger)- No report.  Unfinished Business 1. Hiring of 3rd Auditor.  Marie Frazier presents al letter ofi interest in the Auditor position to Council. Mindy Dugger motions to hire Maria Frazier as Everson Borough's 3rd Auditor. Mayor Dugger conducts swearing-in ceremony for Maria Frazier as 3rd Auditor  Motion seconded by Hope Peterson. Motion carried.  effective immediately.  2.
