Authority (Mindy Dugger) - The WFMSA will holding their Reorganization Sanitation/Safety (Jason Frazier) - Brief discussion about NEI's bounce check, which  meeting on 1/16/2024 at the Scottdale Borough Building.  has been resolved.  Animal Control (Sam Vargo) - No Report.  Parks/Recreation (Mindy Dugger) - Mindy Dugger reports that the large dead tree in  Centennial Parkl has been removed without incident. Certificate for Payment #1 on Roof Project - Mindyv working on this project. 3. Everson 125th Anniversary slated for 2028. - Start thinking about this.  4. Property adjacent to Borough Building 244-246 Brown Street is for sale. - Jason Frazier motions to make an offer for $18,000, seconded by Hope Peterson. Motion carried. 5. Connecting the Coal & Coke Bike Trail with the Great Allegheny Passage Bike trail. Mayor Dugger mentioned that there is an initiative to connect these two bike trails and that would involve connecting the Coal & Coke Trail through Everson enroute to  Connellsville.
