Emergency Council Meeting January 24, 2016 10:00 am  The Emergency meeting of Shamokin City Council was held this morning with Mayor William Milbrand  presiding. CALLTOORDER:  ROLLCALL: Verano, McGaw, Brown, Moyer, Milbrand  Absent:  City Administrator Robert M. Slaby was present for the said meeting.  NEW BUSINESS:  Vote was taken under State of Emergency Circumstances to employ V&G Construction as the contractor for snow removal. The quotes below were given verbally by owner' Vinny Clausi to the Mayor and Members of the Shamokin City Council during the said Meeting. A dollar cap was placed and approved  by the council. Amount of cap is $50,000.
