The Mayor stated that we have reached out tol DCED and we are not eligible for certain grants because ofa prior grant that was mismanaged. The Mayor stated that he will reach out to the Mayor of Hazelton, hei is friends with) him. Joseph stated that we have not had any job growth in our area in a long time. Angelo Baccerina - 626 West Pin Street- Hel has a restricted parking question. The Property linei is on his property it's over seven feet over on his property line. The Chief recommends to: speak to Kevin Richardson. Kevin measures them out sO there are: sO many spots. The parking committee Gary Alderson - 25 N Marshall Street - Gary has a parking issuei in front ofl his house. The City Administrator was up there along with Kevin Richardson and took a look at this. Gary said hel has no say were. his lines are posted. It was recommended that the parking committee take al look at Thomas Alderson - Thanks council for allowing him to speak. He is asking council's permission to plant a tree in honor of Gabi Gervasi, who recently committed suicide. The Mayor said that on Market Street there have been trees and benches placed in honor of loved ones before. All of council Tim Vincent - General Community Service - Community service is now: shutting down for the cold season. They recently started at Darlene's and walked down to water street picking up trash. Mr. Vincent stated that most of the trash is coming from Penn Jersey. ChiefTobias stated that he will go down and talk to the owner of Penn Jersey. Mr. Vincent said that they can benefit by placing at trash will go to look at this restricted sign placement tomorrow. this tomorrow as well. was ok with this request. Joseph Leschinksie - Has questions on the GPS. They cityi is only one: square mile. ChiefTobias was not included in the meeting. The Mayor stated that the GPS will show vehicle maintenance, the GPS will send at text message when maintenance is needed on each vehicle. We currently have 32 vehicles in that city, the GPS will save the city money int the long run. This is for the safety oft the workers.
