Richard Fuedule Attorney - Is here on behalf of Bob Gilligbauger - He: stated that thel Fair Housing Resolution that we passed could have issues with the New Landlord/tenant ordinance. We need to put thisi into effect and we need to make sure that we follow the new ordinance to the max. Hel has aj property by his house that has an owner from New York and has not even been at the property in over two years. There are six feet high weeds coming into his deck.
