Citizens Comments contingent upon new business being added to the agenda at this  Judy Allen Milbrand Questioned why Brown and McGaw voted No on the Audit. McGaw stated that there is an account that was not audited. Itis the 150th Anniversary Committee. Judy wanted to know how Mr. McGaw and Mr. Brown Voted on the 2016. Audit. We were uncertain, but the meeting minutes for the audit can be found on the City's website. This account has never been included in the city audit since Mr. Slaby has been here. The City's own checking accounts require three signatures. Itis Mr. Slaby's opinion based on his conversations with the auditors that this account is not: a city account. Mr. Milbrand stated that only two checks have been written out of this 150th anniversary account. Mr. Milbrand spoke to the other members oft the 150th anniversary committee about what to do with this account. Iti is there to provide the citizens of Shamokin something. Enjoyment to the citizens. Urged everyone to get a carbon Mayor Milbrand - Come out to New Year's Eve and see the Coal Drop. It's a' Wonderful event that started around 1989 by Skippy Rebuck. This his is last meeting as Mayor. Does not think that Home Rule is the answer for the City. Hel had al lot on his agenda for the next four years, unfortunately he did not have that opportunity.Iam not goinga anywhere; Iwill be at every council meeting. Mr. Milbrand thanked Gary Haddock for alll his time here on the city He commends Gary for all the hard work hel has done. The last four years wel have taken some big strides forward.
