McGaw stated that there is an account that was not audited. Itis the 150th Anniversary Committee. Judy wanted to know how Mr. McGaw and Mr. Brown Voted on the 2016. Audit. We were uncertain, but the meeting minutes for the audit can be found on the City's website. This account has never been included in the city audit since Mr. Slaby has been here. The City's own checking accounts require three signatures. Itis Mr. Slaby's opinion based on his conversations with the auditors that this account is not: a city account. Mr. Milbrand stated that only two checks have been written out of this 150th anniversary account. Mr. Milbrand spoke to the other members oft the 150th anniversary committee about what to do with this account. Iti is there to provide the citizens of Shamokin something. Enjoyment to the citizens.
