Middletown Tractor Sales, Washington, Pa. Murphy Family, Inc., Washington, Pa. This contract will be effective November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The contract: authorization amount is approximately $20,000. This bid is being awarded to the lowest most responsive and responsible bidders meeting specifications.
