MARTINSBURG BOROUGH COUNCIL MINUTES  DECEMBER 5, 2022  The regular meeting of the Martinsburg Borough Council was held on Monday, December 5, 2022 in the municipal building. Chief Kerry Hoover reported that eight departments including Martinsburg have the VISUAL ALERT REPORTING PROGRAM that is nearing end of life and will no longer be supported after November 1, 2024. All eight departments are reviewing other programs to replace it.
