The SAVIN program automatically notifies a victim 24/7ofan offender's escape, subsequent apprehension, date of release, work release, etc. PCCD will pay 100 percent of the maintenance and service fees for 2018 with no cost incurred for Washington County. This agreement is effective January 1,2 2018 through December 31, 2018 with the option to renew annually.
