HUMAN SERVICES: 2023-2024 CONTRACT  The following items were presented for approval by Amie Wood - Wessell:  Item 1: Project Point of Light/Brenda Manno  CYS  Synopsis: Request Commissioners approval to renew a contract with Project Point of Light/Brenda Manna for the period of January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Purpose of contract: Top provide sexual offender & sexual abuse victim services, internet monitoring services, court services, fit services & batterers'langer management services at a range of $60to $550a as  determined necessary by the county. Item 2: Titusville YMCA  CSS  Synopsis: Request Commissioners approval to renew an existing contract with Titusville YMCA for the period of. January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Purpose of contract: Providing emergency housing in the amount of $7500.00, requested under the Community Services Block  Grant.  Page 2    Item 3: CHAPS  CSS  Synopsis: Request Commissioners approval to renew an existing contract with CHAPS for the period of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Purpose of contract: Contract in the amount of $75,391 for providing Life Coach Services requested under the Community Services  Block Grant.  Item 4: Family Services and Children's Aid Society  CYS  Synopsis: Request Commissioners approval to add an addendum of an existing contract with Family Services and Children's Aid Society for the period of. July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Purpose of contract: Increase funding by $25,000 for the following services; CYFS parent  support/lice; Supervised Visitation; In-Home D&A; Fatherhood Initiative.  Item 5: Community Services of Venango County  MHDS  Synopsis: Request Commissioners approval to amend an existing contract with Evolve Professional Counseling Services for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2024. Purpose of contract: Due to a revision in the 2023-2024 IM4Q Survey Allocation as communicated to the County per ODP, the rates for IM4Q Surveys will change from $650.00 to $706.00/each retroactive  to July 1, 2023.  Item 6: Counseling and Assessment Services, LLC  MHDS  Synopsis: Requests Commissioners approval to enter into a new contract with Counseling and Assessment Services, LLC for the period of February 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Purpose of contract: To provide psychological evaluations and consultations to determine eligibility for ID and  ASD enrollments. Item 7: Family Pathways  CYS  Synopsis: Requests Commissioners approval to enter into a new contract with Family Pathways for the period of February 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Purpose of contract: To provide foster  care services at a rate of $29.70 to $96.20 as approved by the County.
