Minutes March 31, 2022  POTTER COUNTY SALARY BOARD MEETING  CALLTOORDER Commissioner Grupp called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.  MOMENT OF SILENCE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Danielle Gietler, all present.  ROLLCALL Treasurer Kristal Miller; Commissioner Nancy Grupp; Commissioner Paul Heimel; Commissioner Barry Hayman; ChiefClerk Jessica Giebel; and Recording Secretary MINUTES - December 16, 2021 -Action- Comm. Hayman moved to approve. Comm. Heimel Attorney Watson has requested for the part-time Assistant District Attorney tol be a full-time position with al base salary of$50,000 to $52,000.00. Commissioner Heimel brought to the table that thisl has been at topic of discussion for quite a few years but just recently therel has been more causef for discussion with the rate ofcrime ont the rise and the new criminal justice system alternatives. Very difficult to get a competent part-time ADA on the salary.-Action- Treasurer Milleri movedt to approve. Comm. Hayman seconded. Miller yes; Hayman yes; Grupp yes.  seconded.
