Consider creating five (5) full-time, County Caseworker 1 positions, non-union/non- supervisory, pay grade 33, step EE, $19.82/hr. ($38,649.00 annually), effective JUSTIFICATION: FCBHA has advertised for Caseworker 2 positions 15 times since September 2023. The issue appears to be the mandatory 6-month caseworker experience that the Caseworker 2 position requires. If we recruit for Caseworker 1s, the 6-month experience is not required. By using al lower job title, we will recruit from a much larger Consider abolishing five (5), full-time, County Caseworker 2 positions, non-union/non- JUSTIFICATION: These positions willl be replaced with five (5)County Caseworker 1 positions. 3.
