In order to provide easy availability to the membership, it was decided at this time to holdi meetings during the business day with the option ofremote, over noon hour with virtual meeting capability. ERAP21 Funding Guidelines Faith: spoke at length about Frequently Asked Questions. Highlights of discussion included, most importantly, what! project the Boardis looking for to6 eithery findo or assist iny funding. Ideas presented were work-frcel housing and those withe employment insecurity, very low-income families with. 50% of median income. It was confirmed that thej funds are currently in our account and ready, for distribution once aj project is identified thatl meets the standards ofl ERAP2. Faiths stated she has asystem set up to track thej funds. Ideas for partnering included: State College Community Land Trust, Housing Trust Fund ALICE. John Franek suggested that once a project is chosen the Board move backvards. toi identify milestones to assisti ini meeting all requirements.
