CALLTOORDER  The public meeting of the Centre County Housing Task Force was convened at 12:02 PM by Commisioners/Chai, Mark Higgins. This meeting is being recorded. I. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no comments received from the public. III. ADDITIONS! TO THE AGENDA There were no additions to the agenda.  IV. MINUTES  Ther minutes of the February 5, 2024, meeting of the Housing Task Force having been read, it was moved by Commissioner, Amber Concepcion and seconded by Commissioner Steven Dershem to approve the minutes of  February. 5, 2024. Motion carried unanimously. A. Task Force Membership  V. OLDI BUSINESS  Confirmation of new members: Kate. Domico and. John Franek, Jr:  Commissioner Amber Concepcion moved to accept Kate Domico and. John Franek, Jr. as new members of Housing Task Force, seconded. by Commissioner Steven Dershem. Motion carried  unanimously.  VI. NEW BUSINESS  A. Power Point presentation by Commissioner Higgins outlining the mission of the task force, the 2023 Housing Needs of the County, the "Missing Middle", the housing shortage, continued growth of population in the County, the $2,000,000 in the County account to be distributed within the next 21 B.
