AGENDA There were no additions to the agenda.  IV. MINUTES  The minutes of the April 10, 2024, meeting of the Housing Task. Force having been read, it was moved. by Amber Concepcion and seconded by Steve Dershem to approve the minutes ofA April 10, 2024. Motion carried  unanimously. OLD BUSINESS A. Request for Information  1. A motion was made by Lyn Gotwalt and seconded by Faith Ryan to request the County Commissioners, publish the Request) for Information according to County policy asking for potential projects from non-profits, developers, for-profits, public partnerships, who are interested: in doing a project would roughly meet the requirements oft the 2022 Emergency Rental Assistance. Program from Action willl be taken on the RFI by the Commissioners at the Tuesday, May. 14, 2024, meeting. At11:00 a.m. its will be acceptable to release the RFI to the public. Once the questions have been adequately answered by the Task Force membership the Planning Ofice willy prepare a response for publication on  ERAP. Motion carried unanimous!y.  June 7, 2024.  2. Admin for ALLI ERAP2 activities is 13% oft the county's total allocation or $1,219,409.95. According toj your reporting, the  county has used $789,643.97 ofa allowable admin sof far:. Yes, ifERAP2 is) your only finding source. If pairing with other funding, thenc only the portion of the project fiunded by ERAP2 must meet those deadlines. But counties are. strongly encouraged to bel looking ati using ERAP2) finding for portions OFARHP! projects that willl be completed and liquidated prior tot those deadlines. Any type of consiruction/rehab) project willy potentially, face unforeseen delays that may push aj project beyond estimated dates. Therei is NOI leeway with ERAP2 deadlines. 3. Once we have reviewed the responses to the RFI, Faith willi inquire oft the State, as) we did with the B. Chair Higgins presented proposed numbers provided by the U.S. Census Bureau regarding thes senior citizens in the County. Currently, senior citizens number approximately. 33,000 and are) forecasted to reach 41,000 by 2050 (the current number ofundergraduate. students at PSU). Itis estimated that seniors 85+ (Super Seniors) will double from. 3,000 to 6,000. Current. senior dwelling units are not going to be meeting the needs of ours seniors by 2050.
