As between the Service Provider and the County and their agents, all information developed pursuant to the fulfillment of the terms of this agreement shall not be considered confidential. Discrimination Clause: In carrying out the terms of this Agreement, both parties agree not to discriminate against any employee or client or other person on account of age, race, color, sex, religious creed, national origin or physical or mental handicaps. The Service Provider and the County shall comply with the Contract Compliance Regulations of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and with all laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities and the provision of child welfare services.
