PAGE 1  TARENTUM BOROUGH PARKING AUTHORITY  ASSEMBLY  The Tarentum Borough Parking Authority met for a regular meeting on Monday, December 16, 2013, with the following Board members present: Councilman Tim Rappi Councilman Raymond Kerr; Mayor Carl Magnetta; Borough Manager William Rossey; and Mr. Joseph Davidek. Also present was David Regoli, Esq., Solicitor for the Parking Upon motion by Mr. Rossey, seconded by Councilman Kerr, RESOLVED, this Board appoints Mr. Joseph Davidek as Chairman of the Tarentum Borough All members present were in favor and the Chairman Davidek thanked the Board members for appointing him Chairman of the Parking Authority. Chairman Davidek asked for citizen comments.  Authority.  RESOLUTION APPOINT CHAIRMAN  Parking Authority. resolution was adopted.  REMARKS: CHAIRMAN DAVIDEK  There were no comments. Lot & Block 1223-W-00263--423 East 4th Avenue 2. Lot & Block 1223-W-00209--tast 4th Avenue 3. Lot & Block 1223-W-00312-East 5th Avenue 4. Lot & Block 1223-W-00315--101 Station Drive  properties. Lot & Block 1223-M-00377--East 6th Avenue Upon roll call, the resolution was adopted with Chairman Davidek asked for a motion to dissolve  Parking Lot & Building Parking Lot  five (5) affirmative votes. the Parking Authority.  REMARKS: CHAIRMAN DAVIDEK RESOLUTION DISSOLVE PARKING AUTHORITY  Upon motion by Councilman Kerr, seconded by Councilman Rapp, RESOLVED, this Board agreed to dissolve the Tarentum Borough Parking Authority. The effective date to be the date of the completion of the deed transfers. All members present were in favor and the resolution was adopted.
