Applications for projects eligible for administrative approval may be submitted at any time. Application Deadline 1st Wednesday of each month (final plans, checklist, presentation, etc.) December 7, 2022 January 4, 2023 February 1 March 1 April 5 May 3 June 7 July 5 August 2 September 6 October 4 November: 1 December 6 Meeting Date 2nd Wednesday of each month; 1:00pm January 11, 2023 February 8 March 8 April 12 May 10 June 14 July 12 August 9 September 13 October 11 November 8 December 13 January 10, 2024 PLEASE NOTE: Pre-Application Meetings with HDC: staff and early submission of applications are. strongly encouraged. Applications submitted, priort to the deadline, provide more time for HDCS staff to work with you to ensure that) your proposed project meets alls submission requirements and the Design Guidelines. Applications must be submitted via the online portal ACCELA CITIZEN. ACCESS (ACA). Applications, final plans, presentations must be submitted by the application deadline; otherwise, consideration will be delayed until the following meeting. An incomplete application will not be accepted. All Historic District Commission meetings are held at 1:00 PM on the dates listed above. The meetings take place in the Chariotte-Meckenburg Government Center at 600 East Fourth Street.
