BOROUGH OF TARENTUM SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 13TH 20167:00PM  Call to order/pledge allegiance  Roll call. Councilman Varos, ChiefVakulick and Solicitor Regoli absent.  Citizens Comments:  Ed Gutonski commented as a tax payer he appreciates that all ofcouncil works together despite disagreements and as an employee he hopes with the new contract negotiations coming up everything can be agreed upon without bringing in outside litigatio....also commented on the Borough Manager stating that all the employees have a good working relationship with him and have no issues. ADMINISTRATION, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, FINANCE  ERICA JOSEFOSKI, ERIC CARTER  Motion: Councilwoman Fox 2nd Councilman Cornuet To approve Tarentum Borough Manager Michael Gutonskis work agreement. Motion passed. Mayor Magnetta addressed the audience assuring them that the work agreement was fair for the Manager as well as for the citizens...and commended council for  working together to get it worked out.
