REPORT: Mayor Magnetta read the Police Dept Calls for Service Report Calls for Service 514, Action Necessary 276, No Action Necessary 238, Arrests 28, Citations Issued 61, Total Accidents 9, Accidents with Injuries 0, Fines Collected $2,348.17, Fines collected for the year $21,870.61, Parking Tickets Issued 11. Mayor Magnetta stated that he received a call regarding the W 6th Ave basketball court and improvements to the shelter from a resident who is very happy with the improvements, but suggested adding some Slow Children Playing signs. Erika Josefoski stated that she would check the prices of the signs and add them to the list of signs they, have. POLICE CHIEFS REPORT: Nothing at this time MANAGERS REPORT: Manager Gutonski reported: 1. With the sale of the 4th Ave parking lot the Public Works Dept has removed all the lights, parking meters and parking blocks from the lot. 1 SOLICITORS REPORT: Mr. Clark reported: damaged property. 1.3 He will need more information from Borough Employees regarding litigation for 2. Discussed Ordinance 16-02 regarding removal of blight in the Borough to upgrade code for authority to issue clean upi tickets COMMITTEE REPORTS: ADMINISTRATION, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, FINANCE: 1.1 Motion was made by Erika Josefoski second by Greg Schmitt to pay July bills. Roll Call 6 yes 0 nay 1 absent motion passed WATER: 1.N Motion by Greg Schmitt second by Carrie Fox to approve payment #3 ini the amount of $26,225.00 to Andreas Painting for work completed to date for water storage tank#3 2. Motion by Greg Schmitt second by Rhonda Dzugan to approve payment #1 to Andreas Painting in the amount of $21,871.00 for the painting of water storage tank #2 Carrie Fox asked if the restoration of the water tanks was under budget. Manager Gutonski stated that he received final paperwork for the grant for Grandview 3:301 PM to 8:00 PM. Permit was received.
