WEST GROVE BOROUGH COUNCIL Work Session -Meeting Notes  September 19, 2018  A work session oft the West Grove Borough Council was held on Wednesday September 19, 2018 in the West Grove Municipal Building located at 117 Rosehill Avenue. The President, Mark Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.  ROLL CALL:  Mr. Mark Johnson Mr. Christopher Freese Mr. David Prosser Mr. Brinis Miller Mr. Michael Ranieri Mr. Bill Temme Mr. Clyde Jacobs  Mr. Gregory McCummings, Secretary  Council met from 7:30PM to 7:44PM with the finalist for the open Wastewater Operator position for a final interview. Following the interview Council went into executive  session to discuss personnel matters.  Executive Session  Council met in executive session discussing personnel matter from 7:44PM to 8:27PM. Following the executive session Mr. Freese made ai motion to offer Mr. James Googins the open Wastewater Treatment Operator position at an hourly rate compensatory to $65,000 per year. Included in the offer was to be a $3,000 a year increase once Mr. Googins obtains his Water Operating License. Mr. Miller seconded the motion to make Mr. Ranieri made a motion to increase the Borough. Manager'ss salary $4,000 per year and  the offer to Mr. Googins.  Motion Passed  Mr. Prosser seconded the motion to increase the Manager's salary.  Motion Passed  Mr. Freese made aj motion toi increase Wastewater Operator Rob Lalli's hourly rate to be compensatory with $65,000 per year. Mr. Temme seconded the motion to increase Mr. Mr. Prosser made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Mr. Jacobs seconded the motion  Lalli's salary. to adjourn.
