Consider a Resolution #3 of 2020 authorizing Reilly Associates to submit to PennDot an Application on behalf of Taylor Borough for a local road Highway Occupancy Permit for Middle E. Consider a Resolution #4 of 2020 authorizing Reilly Associates to submit to PennDot an Application on behalfofTaylor Borough for a stormwater connection Highway Occupancy Permit. F. Consider a Resolution #5 of2020 authorizing Reilly Associates to submit to PennDot an Application on behalfo ofTaylor Borough for a sanitary sewer connection Highway Occupancy Permit. G. Consider a Resolution #6 of 2020 authorizing the submission of a Traffic Signal Approval H. Consider a motion to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Lackawanna County . Consider a motion to authorize the Council President and any other Borough OffiƧials to execute any required forms for the application for eligibility to: receive federal surplus property. J. Consider a Resolution #7 of 2020, authorizing the Council President and any other Borough Officials to execute any required documents to purchase/lease a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado SSV4x4 for Police Department. (Truck amount $36,895.00, Police upfit amount $11,002.95 for a total amount of $47,897.95) The lease will be through Community Leasing Partners for a total of4 years with yearly payments of $13,327.24, Lease # 63676.
