TURTLE CREEK BOROUGH Turtle Creek Reorganization Meeting January2,2024  Turtle Creek Borough Council held itsr reorganization meeting on. January 2, 2024 and was called to order  by Mayor Forgie, who led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Roll Call  President Bianchi-present Ms. Henkel-present Mr. Estocin-absent Mr. Nolan-present Mr. Evashavik-absent  Mr.Spencer-present Mr.King-present Mr. Sanker-present Mayor Forgie-present  Nominations for President, Vice President and Pro-Temp  Mayor Forgie asks that the nominations be open, with the beginning the nominations for Council  President.  Motion  Mr. Spencer, Ms. Henkel nominating Mr. Nick Bianchi for Council President. There are no other nominations. Motion carried. President Bianchi retains his position as Council President.  Nominations for Council Vice President.  Motion  Ms. Henkel, Mr. Nolan nominating Mr. Spencer for Council Vice President. There are no other nominations. Motion carried. Mr. Spencer retains his position as Council Vice President.  Nominations for Council Pro-Temp.  Motion  Mr. Spencer, Mr. Nolan nominating Ms. Henkel for Council Pro-Temp. Motion carried.  Ms. Henkel retains her position as Council Pro-Temp.  Other Business: Budget.  President Bianchi proposes that all Borough employees at the current rate as identified in the 2024    Motion  Ms. Henkel, Mr. Nolan authorizing retaining all borough hemployees at current rate  specified in the 2024 Budget. Motion carried.  President Bianchi also asked for consideration in retaining Glenn Engineering & Associates as the  Borough Engineers for 2024.  Motion  Ms. Henke!, Mr. Spencer appointing/retaining Glenn Engineering & Associates for  2024. Motion carried.  President Bianchi asked council for consideration in retaining Evashavik Law LLC as the Borough  Solicitors for 2024.  Motion  Mr. Spencer, Ms. Henkel appointing/retaining Evashavik Law LLC as the Borough  Solicitors for 2024. Motion carried.
