Motion Mr.Osman, Mr. Spencer approving the 2023 Tentative Budget meeting minutes as submitted. Motion carried. Approval of the 2023 Final Budget meeting minutes as submitted. Approval for a change order to the contract with Creative Enterprise fort the 2022 Inlet Project int the Motion carried. amount of $60,000.00. One part oft the Project has been removed until Spring. Police Officers interested ini the position can get an application at the Borough Office. A Grant letter was received giving the Turtle Creek Police Department a grant for Body Cameras. A policy for the Body Cameras is being worked on with the Police in agreement. Solicitor- None Old Business: Mr. Spencer, Ms. Tinsley, ratifying the action taken by the Borough Administrator in the payment of the December 2022 bills in the amount of $516,625.53. The largest amount being paid to ALCOSAN in the amount of $340,286.98. Motion carried. New Business: None carried.
