Summerhill Borough Council Minutes of the Regular Monthly Meeting October 9, 2018 The regular monthly meeting for Summerhill Borough Council was opened by President Daryl Council members present; Brad Bodenschatz, Daryl Bodenschatz, Nicole Crowell, Russell Jones, Others present; scretary/Ircasurer Laura L. Penatzer, Mayor Eric Miller, Electrician Robert McCormick, Street Commissioner Thomas Susko, Electric Secretary/Tax Collector Karmen Baumgardner, Daniel Beyer (The EADS Group), Ron Portash (Mainline Newspapers), Bodenschatz at 7:00pm, with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Joni Trovato and Terri Washko. Leslie DiGiaimo, Stevel LaRocca and. Jill Mehall. Leslie DiGiaimo questions Council if there are any permits that are needed, in order for her to erect a double wide in the back of her property. Council states no, but suggests for her to contact Laurel Municipal Inspection Agency, along with Forest Hills Municipal Authority and Highland Ms. DiGiaimo also would like to report a codes violation for junk, at the property next tol hers, Summerhill Real Estate; owned by Thompson Motor Company out of] King of Prussia. Roofis falling in, weeds growing inside of the structure, rodents around the structure, extremely high grass, etc. Byar motion from Brad Bodenschatz, the violation will be sent to LMIA for codes Jill Mehall would like Council to sign a waiver for Codes for a snow fence. Mayor Eric Miller signs the paperwork and will turn it ini to Codes at their meeting tomorrow. She also remarks that the water problem atl her driveway is still occurring. She states that Daniel Shift has aj pipe that runs underground from his property, that drains out onto the roadway, onto West Jackson Street, which the water then runs into Mrs. Mehall's driveway.
