Penatzer, Mayor Eric Miller, Electric Secretary/Tax Collector Karmen Baumgardner, Ron Portash (Mainline News), Leah Sinclair, Dana' Turgeon, Resident Eric Zangaglia was present to question if there was any further information on the Rails to' Trails project where they were wanting to cut through his property. Mayor Eric Miller reports that al letter has been mailed to Jane Sheffield, stating the route that Council supports, with no Dana Turgeon, who is speaking on behalf ofLindi Turgeon, questions if the municipality has zoning and ift the state borough codes are followed. He reports that there has been an ongoing issue with the Rosporski property regarding a fence that blocks the driveway of the Turgeon' 's property. Mr. Turgeon states that the police have been there several times and it continues tol be an issue and al liability for the municipality.
