Summerhill Borough Council Minutes ofthe Regular Monthly Meeting February 11, 2020 The regular monthly meeting for Summerhill Borough Council was opened by President Daryl Council members present; Brad Bodenschatz, Daryl Bodenschatz, Russell Jones, Becky Others present; secretary/ireasurer Laura L. Penatzer, Mayor Eric Miller, Electrician Robert McCormick, Electric Secretary/Tax Collector Karmen Baumgardner, Steve Croyle, Claudine Residents Steve and Claudine Croyle questions why the "no parking" signs were erected on Holley Alley. They stated that their family has parked there for the past sixty years with no trouble and would like to suggest changing the ordinance to state "no parking" just from the Cross alley to Main Street. This way there would be no one parking on the Ritchey property. Council agrees that would be appropriate, that they had not thought of that and will consider Danielle Ritchey submits al letter ofi intent for the open seat on Council.
