Cambria County Commissioner Thomas Chernicky thanked Council and employees for all that they do, spoke briefly on Act 89, blight within the communities and Act 152 funds. Danielle Ritchey, a resident of Summerhill Borough, addressed aj parking issue, that has been previously reported by her spouse, from 501 Main Street. The issue is on Holly Street, where people are parking in the alley, half on the alley and half on the Ritchey property. Mrs. Ritchey explains that when they park in that manner, that they are: ripping up her property.
