The minutes from Laurel Municipal Inspection Agency were: reviewed, with their next meeting The Forest Hills Regional Alliance. has suspended all meetings until the spring of 2021. The monthly activities report for Croyle Township Police for the month of. January had six incidents, ranging from crisis emergencies to 911 hang-ups, to ambulance assists, fire assists, The Comcast Franchise Agreement will expire on July 24H, 2021, with copies of the new agreement given to all of Council to review. It was the consensus of Council to see what the old rates were before approving the new agreement. Paperwork had been submitted for refunds, with them being approved! Old Business: There were eight delinquent light accounts on the February report, with three certified letters to be sent out accordingly and one awaiting LIHEAP. Council suggests, as before, that the landlords must also receive a certified letter, along with their tenants, when delinquent; being they are liable ift the tenant does not pay. The steps at the park have been put on hold until spring of 2021. Borough Association, to see who else does codification. Codification is currently pending the committee's approval. An email will be sent to the The. Recreational Park Grant remains pending, due to COVID-19. Decision day should be on March 231d, with the same grant being offered for next year also. The crack sealer grant continues tol be pending. The property at 1335 Railroad Street, is again in question, due to glass remaining shattered all over the property from the demolition and trees hanging into other residents' property. Phone calls have been made several times to the owner and the realtor, with no response. Mayor Eric Miller will see where they stand with LMIA. New Business: Tax Collector Karmen Baumgardner questions again on what to do on a few electric accounts that are still outstanding from 2016 through 2018, if she should write them off or follow through with them. After some discussion, Councilwoman Danielle Ritchey remarks to contact Johnstown Collections to see what their rates are, for a collection agency. Councilman Russell Jones questions if wel have any information regarding the guiderails that have been destroyed from a vehicle accident, withl him remarking that he will get the information Mr. Jones also will be ordering a mower: from Ray'sI Lawnmower Sales & Service, along with the cutting edge for the plow. He also mentions to Council that he would like to replace four stop signs with posts that are Penn DOT approved with galvanized posts, and to replace eight other posts, slightly more expensive, but they are Penn DOT approved.
