SHICKSHINNY BOROUGH WORK SESSION MINUTES March. 25, 2021  The monthly work session meeting of the Borough of Shickshinny Council was held on Thursday, March. 25, 2021, in the council room ofthe Shickshinny Municipal Building. President Rosalie Perroll call, thej following members ofcouncil were presen!: Rosalie Whitebread & Jim Wido. Kerin Kruczek, Candice Kruczek &, Joe Buchalski were absent. Secretary Lori Ragazzo was present.  Whitebread called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.  MAYOR'S REPORT- No report. ZONING DEPICEESREPORT No report.  PRESIDENT'S REPORT- Rosalie asked the members ifthe Borough can offer a donation to Matthew Barwick for all ofhis food donations to the Borough for our residents. The members agreed on $100.00. SECRETARY/TREASURER'S REPORT-Lori, presented the following, for review:  Council Meeting Minutes for March 9,2 2021 Financial Sltatement/Bills to be paid/Current Balances Information on the PA American Water Grant program for 2021  Lori read correspondence, from Pennsylrania 811 asking the Borough to adopt a resolution or proclamation declaring. April as "safe Digging Month" The council members decided to use the Proclamation. Lori informed the Council members that the Cooperation Agreement for the scattered Site Demolition for 26 Lorii informed the members that the 2020. Bridge Inspection for the Bartoli Lane Brige was received and can Lori read correspondence. from the 570 Redline Oullaws, they are asking to change the dates preriously submitted (September 18 &. 19) to thej following dates: September 11 & 12,2021. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE- Kathy Llewellyn and the council members had a brief discussion regarding the Sewer. Authority's recent meeting regarding the Grant process.  Conyngham Street, needs to be adopted and signed at the next council Meeting.  be reviewed.  Meeting Adjourned at 7:15
